Grove Company was founded in 1947 and is one of the world’s leaders in the production of mobile hydraulic cranes. The production facilities are located in Shady Grove (USA), Nitella (Italy) and Wilhelmshaven (Germany).
Grove produces a full range of hydraulic mobile cranes, with maximum loads between 8.6 and 558.8 tons. Its range includes all-terrain cranes, for rough terrain, truck-mounted and industrial cranes. It is also one of the main suppliers of cranes adapted to the needs of different armed forces.
Short history:
1968 – Produces the first rotating crane for rough terrain;
1978 – Introduces in production the first trapezoidal arm, for the world premiere
1994 – Receives ISO 9001 certification
2002 – Grove becomes part of the American group Manitowoc, after being acquired by it.
