A.“MEGATRAK” – the transmission – suspension – steering assembly; the technical solution that eliminated the classic rigid axes.
The movement is transmitted by means of the longitudinal cardan to the transfer boxes which are attached directly under the chassis and further to the wheels by independent short cardans. Each such short cardan shaft is also connected to the hydraulic cylinder that makes up the hydropneumatic suspension system on the wheel and in turn, the suspension cylinder is connected at the top with the steering system.
This integrated “transmission – suspension – steering” assembly allows the transmission of movement and turning the wheels in permanent coordination with the vertical movement of the suspension cylinder.
The result is that each wheel acts independently depending on the relief of the travel surface, all wheels are permanently in contact with the ground which leads to uniform tire wear and especially to eliminate stress, stresses sent from the wheels throughout the transmission system and in the chassis. At the same time, by eliminating many components from the classic transmission chain, the costs of accidental maintenance and repairs are zero.
B.“MEGAFORM” telescopic arm
Telescopic arm with ovoid section that allows an easy and smooth transfer of effort between the sections of the arm, as well as its normal curvature under the action of the load.
C.”TWIN-LOCK” – telescoping arm arching system
Two-bolt system that acts on the neutral area of the arm, on the side faces, where the efforts and tensions are much lower than on the upper and lower faces of the arm.
