Description

The D61EXi/PXi-24 crawler dozer has a new engine and optimized hydraulic pump control. Together with other major components, all designed and manufactured by Komatsu, they work together perfectly to reduce fuel consumption and ensure optimal production levels.

Komatsu intelligent bulldozers can operate in automatic mode, from rough dozing to high-precision fine gradeing. The additional components for the machine control usually mounted on the blade are now replaced with a factory-installed cab GNSS antenna, an improved inertial measurement unit (IMU +) and hydraulic cylinders with sensors for stroke detection.

INTELLIGENT MACHINE CONTROL IMC 2.0:
-Stroke sensors for hydraulic cylinders: The system automatically recognizes the position of the blade providing real-time information. Superior solution compared to the variant of the sensors welded / glued on the blade
-Factory integrated system: IMC 2.0 INTELLIGENT CONTROL is integrated from the factory, following a protected and well-established assembly cycle. Superior solution compared to subsequent installation (after market systems)
– “Lift layer control”: Automatically distributes the fill on the existing land with a single push of a button. Measure the terrain and use this data to plan the next pass
– “Tilt steering control”: Continuously and automatically tilt the blade to keep it moving in a straight line
– “Dozing modes”: Two working modes, one for rought dozing and one for final greding
– “Blade load selection”: Depending on the application the operator can select 3 modes: “light”, “medium” and “Heavy” existing and possible to create a custom mode
– “Quick Surface Creation”: Creates a temporary design surface with a single button press
